Ballad’s training facility offers a range of job preparation workshops, as well as hands-on experience in hospitality and carpentry, and our newest Agriculture Program (with Olds College) with training in:
Introduction to Agricultural Sector, Common Livestock Production, Common Field Crop, Non-Field Crop, Engine Fundamentals, Ag Equipment Operations, Arboriculture, Welding Fundamentals & Electrical Basics.

Ballad will help match Participants with local employers and provide continuous support as they transition into their new job.
