• Community garden (100 plots)
• Equine Cross-Country Course (about 60 acres)
• Two 270′ x 130′ sand ring arenas with Announcer’s/Judge’s tower between them
• Pole barn with 30 covered stalls
• Outdoor stalls (128)
• Storage building with 4 bays (1,440 sq ft)
• Gobeil Heritage Barn (80′ x 30′) under renovation
• Magnan Heritage House (1,420 sq ft) under renovation
