Spruce View & District Ag Society

The Spruce View Ag Society runs the Dickson Arena and depends on volunteer assistance in maintaining and operating the facility. During the winter months, the ice is used for hockey and skating. When the ice comes out, the arena is ready for activities like horse shows, riding, etc. Arena rentals are available. The Canada Day Mud Bog has become an annual event.

Located in Dickson, Alberta and serves the Spruce View, Alberta area. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of every month. Winter: full size ice surface with concession, dressing rooms, and heated viewing area. Summer: Indoor sand for Ag events.
