The failure or delay of the Alberta Association of Agricultural Societies to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive the Alberta Association of Agricultural Societies right to enforce that right.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

The Alberta association of Agricultural Societies respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of the Alberta Association of Agricultural Societies.
