The following convention expenses can be claimed through your Grant Funding under leadership development, and you will receive a percentage of the costs back?  Historically you have received approximately 70% of your costs back

Are you between 18-40 years old ?

You must belong to an Ag Society in good standing to get the Member Rate.

Full Convention registration includes 3 meals Friday and 3 meals Saturday

Daily Rate includes 3 meals for the day your register

Ag Society Member & Service Member Rates:

• Full Convention Early Bird Rate – $567 (includes tax) September 3rd – November 30th
• Full Convention Rate – $630 (includes tax) December 1st – January 24^th
• Daily Rate – $385 (includes tax) – registration closes January 24th

Non-Member Rates:

• Full Convention Rate – $730 (includes tax) – registration closes January 24^th
• Daily Rate – $485 (includes tax) – registration closes January 24th

Cancellations

• Cancellation deadline is January 24^th, 2025 – to receive a refund
• No refunds issued after January 24^th, 2025 – no matter the reason
• Written notice is required to cancel, must be received in the office to info@albertaagsocieties.ca by January 24^th at 4:30 pm. There will be a $75 administration fee per delegate for all cancelled registrations.
• If you are unable to attend you can find a replacement to take your place, please email info@albertaagsocietes.ca with the replacements name.

Late Registrations

• There will be a $75.00 administration fee charged for all registrations received after January 24^th.
• Mailed in registrations must be postmarked January 24^th to avoid the late fee.
